We are here not as a typical "e-commerce" site, faceless & non-helpful, but here as part of Fire Supplies long term strategy of providing Customer Services, Technical Support & Resource Library for ALL trades, including Electrical Contractors, Fire Trade, Consultants & Specifiers.
It is our intention to provide a full retail & wholesale service including specifying fire systems, providing full technical support to electrical contractors, providing a FULL media library of datasheets all in one place.

- The owners ACTUALLY come from & work in the Fire Industry so we KNOW what we're selling.

- We can offer full 3rd party certification of fire alarm systems via our partner Companies to help the electrical industry
- We ARE electrical contractor friendly & have been for 15 years supporting the electrical industry
- We are contactable (Monday-Thursday 0900-1600, Friday 0900-1500), where we will help you with advice or technical queries. We won't ask you to "email in we'll get back to you", we are real & have over 25 years of site experience & do not hide behind the internet
- Please note that we can only offer advice on the product ranges we stock & to customers that have purchased from us, it is our advice only however & if you are in any doubt please contact a suitable professional company, we an take no responsibility for any advice given over the telephone.
- We can not offer technical advice on your site with issues, this is the job of the relevant manufacturer/service provider of which you should have training experience & a maintenance contract in place.
